ARM-Harith announced the launch of the African Cities and Climate Transition (ACT) Fund, a USD 250 million blended finance vehicle designed to mobilize domestic pension savings and international capital for climate-resilient urban infrastructure across West Africa. Endorsed by the Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance, the fund focuses on investments in renewable energy, urban mobility, water, and waste infrastructure, addressing barriers to private investment in low-carbon and climate-resilient development. The ACT Fund builds on ARM-Harith’s track record in infrastructure investment and aims to support sustainable urban growth while accelerating the transition to low-carbon, climate-resilient economies across the region.
