This event will bring together key players from the Lab’s network of climate finance innovators to address key questions:

  • How can we accelerate adaptation finance? Discussing factors that enable innovative ideas to successfully move from design to implementation, building climate resilience in emerging markets.
  • What does success look like? Sharing opportunity areas and lessons learned on developing and preparing projects, launching adaptation finance initiatives, and connecting them to external financing.
  • What are strategies to reduce key barriers? Sharing key issues that arise across sectors and markets, and strategies for managing them.

This event will present the perspectives from public and private investors, as well as on-the-ground implementers working to drive finance to bridge the adaptation gap.
