2018 Lab Proponent Komaza, a smallholder forestry platform with over 22,000 farmer partners and 8,000 ha of forest under management, raised $10M USD from Mitsui & Co. and Sobrato Philanthropies.
Komaza, whose platform promotes scalable and sustainable nature-based solutions to climate change, will use these funds to scale field operations, support value chain expansion, and develop new tech infrastructures.
